Shipping Policy

Every order is packed by hand and shipped from the UK.

Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend ship the next working day.

UK Delivery
Standard delivery: £4.99, 2–3 working days after dispatch
Express delivery: £6.99, 1–2 working days after dispatch
Free standard delivery on orders over £75

International Delivery
We currently ship to the UK only.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us at info@primalchild.com with your order number. We'll sort it.

Wrong Address
Check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, but get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
